Photographic Release

I agree that Kitchensmiths can arrange for photographs to be taken of the kitchen they have recently installed.

These photographs can be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to; social media, website, magazines and other publications.

From time to time, these photographs may be given to third party suppliers to use for the same purposes, but Kitchensmiths will always seek permission from the client first.

A copy of the photographs taken can be given to the client if requested. The copyright of these photographs remain with Kitchensmiths Limited.
